-Finished all of supersets--in place of a couple of the ab focused moves, I substituted plank position on my elbows, to strengthen the deepest core muscles.
-Also, made sure my head was above my heart, (body at a slant), for all of the weight work. Made sure not to be flat on my back at any point during the workout.
Focus: All over body strength, muscle definition, increase metabolism
